Usage

labelMatrix(matrix, ese, idcol = NULL, metafields = c())

Arguments

matrix: The input table
ese: An ExploratorySummarizedExperiment object
idcol: ID column in the matrix, NULL to use row names
metafields: Vector of metadata columns to add (via mcols())

Value

output Table with columns added
